Cancellation policy
We get it; things happen. The following is our refund policy based on the date you cancel:
- Before Jan. 15, 2024 – 100% refund, or switch your registration to virtual access to keynotes.
- Jan. 15 – Feb. 29, 2024 – 50% refund. You will have virtual access to keynotes if you wish.
- from March 1 onward – no refund. You will have virtual access to keynotes if you wish.
